It has a double bed and accommodates up to 2 guests. The bathroom is outside the room and features a bathtub. LOCATION We are in Sassari, in an area served by public transport. It’s a great base for exploring the city and northern Sardinia. GOOD TO KNOW Since you will share the house with the host, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and common areas. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Viola will be happy to offer tips about the city and surroundings.

THE ROOMS The two rooms, located on the first floor with a total area of about 36 m², are reserved exclusively for you and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The bathroom is outside the rooms and is shared only between the two guest rooms, not with the host; it features a bathtub. Shampoo, bed linen, and towels are included. You’ll also find air conditioning, heating, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a baby cot. Children are welcome.
